About Me

Howdy Friend,

My name is Robin James Irvine III aka 'Maverick' , I am a lifelong Western devotee by inclination, Artist by God's gift and blackpowder shootist by choice.

Moved to Wales two years ago from Northern Ireland where I was booshway of the provincial Rifle and Pistol Association during which time was prominent strategist for the successful preservation of pistol shooting.

Favourite book:    Crow killer

Favourite film:      Jeremiah Johnson

Favourite era:       Early west and mountain men

Likes:                    All things western

Dislikes:               Defamation of the term - Cowboy (e.g. cowboy builder)

Safe shootin' and keep yer powder dry..........Robin aka 'Maverick'
